• Internal Analytics: We collect anonymous usage data (e.g., feature usage, match analysis views) via our self-hosted system to improve the product. We explicitly do NOT use third-party trackers like Google Analytics or PostHog.
• Technical Data: We collect User Agent strings and Referrer headers to optimize our application performance.
• Security Logs: IP addresses are processed strictly for security purposes (rate limiting, abuse prevention, and geoblocking) and are not used for behavioral profiling.
• AI Inputs: Content you enter into AI analysis and chat features is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to generate responses.
• Contact Info: Information you choose to provide if you contact us directly.

How we use data

• To operate and improve the ProbMaster site and prediction tools.
• To measure performance and detect abuse or invalid traffic.
• To protect our users and system from abuse and security threats.
• To provide AI-powered analysis and chat by sending prompts to our AI provider (OpenAI).
• To respond to support requests you send us.

Cookies & Ads

We use first-party cookies solely for essential site functionality (such as remembering your age-verification status and managing API quotas) and measuring internal system performance.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not share your browsing history with external ad networks (such as Google, Adsterra, or PropellerAds). Any advertisements displayed on ProbMaster are served directly by our internal system and are not based on behavioral profiling.

Your choices

• Avoid including sensitive personal information (e.g., names, financial data) in AI analysis or chat messages.
• Clear your browser cookies to reset your session and quota limits.
• Contact us to access or delete any information you have provided directly via email.

Data retention

We retain analytics and server logs for a limited period to monitor performance and security. Contact records are retained only as long as needed to address your request.
